Founders Paul and Connie Brady have been in the restaurant business all their lives.
Paul started out washing dishes over 30 years ago. He played several key roles at Victoria Station where he learned the art of cutting steaks and cooking prime rib.
He then opened several Chili's restaurants and went on to help develop the Olive Garden restaurants all over the Western United States. Paul ran the Chuy's family of restaurants before he and Connie started River City Grille.
Paul and Connie take great pride in the business they have developed and look forward to serving customers for many years to come. Whether you are a first time visitor or a regular customer, we strive to make every visit to River City Grille a great experience.
Doing Our Part to Give Back
Not only are we passionate about taking care of our dining guests, we are committed to being a good neighbor and supporting our local community organizations.
River City Grille responds to as many donation requests as possible. However, due to the frequency and volume of requests, we are, unfortunately, not able to fulfill all requests. The earlier you submit your request, the more likely we are to be able to donate to your cause - we request at least 60 days notice. To help this process along, we ask that you put your request in writing.

Our goal is to respond to your request as quickly as possible. You will be contacted within 30 days of submitting a request.
