The Founders of River City Grille

Co-founders Paul and Connie Brady have been in the restaurant business all their lives.

Paul started out washing dishes over 30 years ago. He played several key roles at Victoria Station where he learned the art of cutting steaks and cooking prime rib.

He then opened several Chili's restaurants and from there went on to help develop the Olive Garden restaurants all over the Western U.S.

Most recently Paul ran the Chuy's family of restaurants before he and Connie partnered with the Kempers.

Co-founders John and Belinda Kemper also operate the Bluebonnet Cafe in Marble Falls.

John used to eat breakfast at the Bluebonnet every morning and he enjoyed it so much he decided to buy the cafe.

John and Belinda first met Paul and Connie in San Francisco at a restaurant convention and a few years later they decided to go into business together and River City Grille was born.
